so the things that I usually like and the things that I actually make creatively often end up being very different things; I loove kuroshitsuji but instead of making a charming and suave demon character, I wanted to make one that was lazy, crass, uncooperative & pretty clumsy

someday I'll actually get comic up to a point where I can share it (if I can get myself to stop restarting it over and over), but for now this is basically the starting point for vincent. it's actually got a modern-day setting but the one in charge of him at the beginning has a bit of a ridiculous aesthetic that she demands, hence the clothes~

once upon a time I used to be able to draw something simple w/o the need to make it complicated and way beyond my skill level, but I feel like that time is kind of behind me now lol I still hate drawing backgrounds but I can't seem to avoid the need to add something anymore...

I've been working a little slow lately; been experiencing a lack of artistic confidence this week due to the holidays throwing me out of my usual groove.  not too confident in my ability to socialize lately either, but that's a different story
